Daniel’s Miami brings a refined new chapter to the former iconic Fiola Miami space. A sister concept to the MICHELIN Guide-recommended Daniel’s, A Florida Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale, the elevated menu will feature a premium steak program alongside fresh, local seafood, classic Italian dishes, and plentiful options for vegetarians and seafood lovers alike. Led by Gioia Hospitality’s owners Tom Angelo and daughter, Kassidy Angelo; Culinary Director Danny Ganem; Director of Operations Scott Ozler; and Wine & Beverage Director Daniel Bishop; the restaurant will offer an exceptional culinary experience rooted in European-style hospitality and service.
A dedicated “Daniel’s Bar” menu will offer a more casual experience in the lounge, now enhanced with TVs for a relaxed yet upscale vibe. The refurbished space will feature upgraded interiors and iconic artwork, setting the stage for an atmosphere that’s both elegant and inviting. Guests can also look forward to the continuation of the restaurant’s award-winning wine program and signature wine dinners, hallmarks of the Gioia Hospitality name.

I am incredibly excited to be bringing Daniel’s to Coral Gables and the broader Miami-Dade community. Having moved to Miami in 1987, it has been an incredible privilege to get to know so many people who embody the American spirit of entrepreneurship, hard work, and family, many of whom have overcome incredible adversity to achieve success here.
Daniel’s Miami will be a place for those people to continue to gather to celebrate all sorts of occasions both formal and informal.
