From the Founders

Founded by Thomas and Kassidy Angelo, Daniel’s reflects their shared commitment to exceptional hospitality. Together, they created Daniel’s as a place where family, friends, and neighbors can gather over expertly prepared food in a welcoming atmosphere.

Thomas is the son of Italian immigrants, with his father hailing from the Puglia region and his mother from Basilicata—two regions celebrated for their exceptional cuisine and world-class wines. Inspired by his family’s culinary heritage and a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, Thomas, alongside Kassidy, envisioned a Florida steakhouse that showcases local ingredients, thoughtfully-sourced steaks, and focus on provenance.

At Daniel’s, every dish reflects their philosophy of refined comfort food—crafted with exceptional ingredients, prepared by expert hands, and served with genuine warmth. Through Gioia Hospitality Group, Thomas, Kassidy, and the incredible GIOIA team continue to create dining experiences that celebrate exceptional cuisine, thoughtful hospitality, and the sense of community that has always inspired them.
